TB Joshua's SCOAN Indicted Over Church Building Collapse

Nigeria - The Lagos coroner, Magistrate O.A. Komolafe, has indicted the Synagogue Church of All Nations, SCOAN, for the collapse of its building complex last year September which killed 116 persons.



He indicted SCOAN for building without “possessing necessary permits,” asking that same to be investigated and prosecuted.

He also called for the investigation and possible prosecution of the two Structural Engineers, Oladele Ogundeji and Akinbela Fatiregun, who built the collapsed six-storey building for criminal negligence.
